New Paths Compendium Now Available!

The New Paths Compendium from Kobold Press is now available. I’m quite proud of my editorial work on this one, which also included some development. 

Advanced Races: Ravenfolk is now available. This is the first of a number of Kobold Press products I edited that should be released in the next few months. 

My article Treasures from the Far Realm is now up in Dragon 428. It’s in the Halloween themed edition. The article is about powerful items created by Far Realms beings that come with twisty drawbacks. 

I just accepted a position at an Educational Publisher in Culver City, so I will be moving to the LA area. Happy to hear tips or info or housing suggestions.

A ton of freelance work landed in my lap recently, so I’ve been silent before and after Gen Con. I am also likely to be moving soon, though more details on that will be available imminently.

I just hear that Wizards released a snazzy new reprint of the 3.5 Magic Item Compendium i worked on. I hadn’t heard about (didn’t require any additional design), but it does look nice. I echo the fan sentiment that it is slightly disappointing that existing errata weren’t incorporated as this was the perfect opportunity to do so, but otherwise, the book looks great.

I added a gallery page with pictures from various industry events.

I’ve created a great deal of new content on my website. I’ve revamped the about section, added new links in the press section, and most importantly, I’ve separated the writing and editing sections to make them easier to navigate. I’ve added my credits in educational publishing so people can see what I’ve done. I also added an employment section with a link to a downloadable program, as well as links to my LinkedIn and Indeed profiles. You can now contact me on the new contact form (rightmost on the menu).
